I listen to the words of Leary
A distant message from my past
Dancing jesters act for minions
A solid memory built to last
So secure in Mother Europe
Where the dreams were forged with blood and steel
Side streets full of laughing angels
I’m left to question what is real
Return to the East
Return to the East
A gentle changing of direction
But I’m still fighting to let go
So detached from all my anger
Now I’m drifting in the flow
I stare at all the different cages
I feel the beauty and the beast
Drawn into another doorway
A lifetime journey to the East
Return to the East
Return to the East
Return to the East
Return to the East
Return to the East
Return
There’s no conclusion
There’s no solution
Just play it frame by frame
On the outside we remain
Return
